Terms of Service — Postlitic

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Postlitic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Postlitic is operated by Mert Can Batur ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Postlitic is an AI-powered social media analytics platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), analyze content performance, and receive AI-generated insights and recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Connected Social Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Postlitic to access, retrieve, and analyze data from those platforms in accordance with their respective terms of service. You may disconnect your accounts at any time from the dashboard.

Postlitic accesses only the data necessary to provide analytics and insights. We do not post content on your behalf without explicit action from you.

5. Subscription and Payments

Postlitic offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an unauthorized manner
Use the Service for any fraudulent or harmful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Postlitic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — we only access it to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postlitic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
